Ferrovi\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul \u00e9 substituir o atual contorno, com\u00a0vistas a minimizar os impactos ambientais decorrentes da atual opera\u00e7\u00e3o, como as interfer\u00eancias da malha ferrovi\u00e1ria\u00a0com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o do entorno e com o centro hist\u00f3rico, possibilitando a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da ferrovia, de acordo com as\u00a0perspectivas de crescimento do Porto de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, ressaltando que o Projeto Executivo de Engenharia do Contorno Ferrovi\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul foi elaborado pela Empresa VEGA Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda,\u00a0contratada pela Prefeitura Municipal de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, em atendimento ao Conv\u00eanio firmado entre a Prefeitura\u00a0e o Departamento Nacional de Infra-estrutura de Transportes e os Estudos de Impactos Ambientais e Relat\u00f3rio de\u00a0Impactos ao Meio Ambiente \u2013 EIA\/RIMA, dentro do mesmo Conv\u00eanio, foi elaborado pela Empresa DTA Engenharia.<br \/>\nO Plano B\u00e1sico Ambiental \u2013 PBA da Ferrovia EF \u2013 485, Contorno Ferrovi\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, trecho Mafra \u2013 S\u00e3o\u00a0Francisco do Sul, segmento estaca 0,000 a 417+2,878, foi elaborado pela MPB Engenharia, contratada pela Vega\u00a0Engenharia, em atendimento \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do licenciamento ambiental, Licen\u00e7a Ambiental, bem como instrumentar\u00a0os respons\u00e1veis pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras, com recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es e exig\u00eancias fundamentadas na\u00a0legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, no comp\u00eandio de normas, manuais, diretrizes, permitindo que o empreendimento atinja a qualidade\u00a0ambiental desejada, desde que sejam implementados os Programas Ambientais previstos no PBA e que se sigam\u00a0tamb\u00e9m as regras contidas na Norma DNIT 011\/2004 \u2013 Gest\u00e3o da Qualidade em Obras Rodovi\u00e1rias \u2013 Procedimento,\u00a0aplic\u00e1vel neste caso, cuja norma inclui a vari\u00e1vel ambiental, como item espec\u00edfico a ser inclu\u00eddo no controle da\u00a0qualidade, possibilitando a
