{"id":3527,"date":"2020-09-25T09:00:39","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T12:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpb.eng.br\/n\/?p=3527"},"modified":"2020-10-07T17:34:22","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T20:34:22","slug":"os-objetivos-da-agenda-ambiental-portuaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpb.eng.br\/n\/os-objetivos-da-agenda-ambiental-portuaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Os objetivos da Agenda Ambiental Portu\u00e1ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante muito tempo, algumas opera\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias apresentavam um grande potencial de impacto negativo para o setor ambiental, pontuando dilemas relacionados principalmente \u00e0 polui\u00e7\u00e3o, que era promovida em diferentes procedimentos dessa atividade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por esse motivo, no ano de 1998, um grupo de agentes desenvolveu a\u00a0 Agenda Ambiental Portu\u00e1ria, respons\u00e1vel por identificar, prevenir, controlar e remediar impactos ambientais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre os principais objetivos relacionados \u00e0 Agenda Ambiental Portu\u00e1ria, estavam:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover o controle ambiental da atividade portu\u00e1ria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inserir a atividade portu\u00e1ria no \u00e2mbito do gerenciamento costeiro;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implantar unidades de gerenciamento ambiental nos portos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementar setores de gerenciamento ambiental nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias fora da \u00e1rea dos portos organizados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulamentar os procedimentos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o portu\u00e1ria adequando-os aos padr\u00f5es existentes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacitar recursos humanos para a gest\u00e3o ambiental portu\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sua concep\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o permitiram que as atividades portu\u00e1rias executassem boas pr\u00e1ticas ambientais de maneira mais recorrente, contemplando a\u00e7\u00f5es como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um n\u00facleo respons\u00e1vel por lidar com quest\u00f5es estruturais, a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos agentes envolvidos e o est\u00edmulo a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o desses novos padr\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A MPB possui uma s\u00e9rie de atua\u00e7\u00f5es em projetos de gest\u00e3o ambiental portu\u00e1ria, como na Gest\u00e3o Ambiental e Estudo Ambiental no Porto de Imbituba, no porto de S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul e no Acesso ao Porto de Imbituba.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante muito tempo, algumas opera\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias apresentavam um grande potencial de impacto negativo para o setor ambiental, pontuando dilemas relacionados principalmente \u00e0 polui\u00e7\u00e3o, que era promovida em diferentes procedimentos dessa atividade.
